The shave ice business has been apart of this family for over 30 years. Our first set up in Dyersburg was a little barn that we renovated to serve our community the best shave ice around. We have always taken pride in our product and work hard to maintain the quality of soft ice and delicious flavors you enjoy. We upgraded from the "barn" to an official trailer for the following years. 2022 was the year we decided to finally set up a real home town dessert shop. With shave ice still the focus of our business, we decided to turn it in to a little more than that. We added GOURMET ICE CREAM and a FULL COFFEE SHOP! All handmade and delivered from a dairy farm with fresh baked ingredients. We have to say, we believe this is the best ice cream and coffee around. We, as a three generation family run business, love serving this community.
